If you are not completely satisfied, we'll replace your panties*.

*$4 will be reimbursed. You’ll need to provide Kotex® product proof of purchase of an original store register receipt dated between 1/10/10 and 7/31/10 in order to claim your Reimbursement.

LIMIT ONE $4 REIMBURSEMENT PER PERSON.

Only original mail-in certificates, store receipts will be accepted; no photocopies are allowed. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late or misdirected mail or illegible and incomplete orders, or torn, separated or non-delivered mail. Fraud detection devices may be used to determine eligibility. Ineligible or incomplete requests will not be honored or returned. Offer begins January 10, 2010 and ends July 31, 2010 and must be postmarked by August 16, 2010. Offer good while supplies last. Offer valid only in the USA and Canada (except Quebec). Void where prohibited taxed or restricted by law. No groups, clubs or organizations may participate in this offer or reproduce or distribute this form or any portion thereof to its members.
