
Exercise means good health. Make it a life-long habit. Bike, in-line skate, take the dog for a long walk, shoot hoops - whatever, as long as you work that body! A good workout means sweating. Squash body odor with a swipe of anti-perspirant/deodorant under the arms before working out, and shower or bathe with soap afterwards.

If you're a guy who wears a jock strap or cup to protect your external genitalia while working out, sweat can get trapped under the strap and cause "jock itch," an itchy, red rash on the inner thighs and genitals.
