Official Rules

1. No Purchase or Online Access Necessary. You may enter one of two ways: (a) To enter online: Navigate the Internet to www.kotex.com, then click on the "Special Offers" link to be connected to the Official Entry Form. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address in one field, and then to enter the same e-mail address in another field to confirm the correct e-mail address is submitted. After completing this, follow the instructions to submit your entry. Complete all the requested information and follow the instructions to enter online. (b) To enter via mail: On a 3" x 5" piece of paper hand-print your name, complete street address, telephone number and e-mail address (if available). Then mail in an envelope with proper postage to: Kotex Monthly Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 717, North Branford, CT 06471.

Entries for each 28-day period drawing must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. central time on the applicable date listed in Rule #2 to be eligible for that 28-day period drawing. All entries must be e-mailed and received by 11:59 p.m. CT January 10, 2010, when the Sweepstakes ends. Entry in each 28-day period drawing is separate. No entry in any 28-day period drawing is eligible for any other 28-day period drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, each day. Multiple entry attempts beyond the stated limit will be rejected.

2. Selection of Winner/Validations: One (1) winner for each 28-day period drawing will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the 28-day period by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all aspects of the Sweepstakes. A total of thirteen (13) drawings will occur as follows:

To be declared a winner, any Canadian resident selected will be required to correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or other, a time-limited mathematical question. The question will be administered by telephone at a mutually convenient time. Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. Each potential winner will be notified by overnight express, email or regular mail and may be required to sign, notarize and return within 5 days of delivery to his/her address an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Prize and Publicity Release. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, stolen, damaged, postage due or misdirected mail or entries, or any failure or unavailability of electronic communications or Internet connections. If integrity of Internet portion of Sweepstakes is compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to modify Sweepstakes and randomly select winner from valid entries received that are unaffected by the problem. Entries void if incomplete, not legible, or if they contain errors. All submissions become property of Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC., Neenah, WI ("Sponsor").

3. Participation: Sweepstakes begins 12:01 am CT January 1, 2009, ends 11:59 p.m. CT January 10, 2010 and is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, plus Washington, DC, and Canada (except the province of Quebec), 13 years of age or older. If the potential prize winner is a minor, 18, the potential prize winner's parent or guardian, may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release, all of which must be signed, notarized, and returned. Employees, and members of their immediate families and households, of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone else involved in the production, development or handling of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec and where prohibited. Subject to all applicable laws.

4. Prizes/Odds: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in each monthly drawing: a year’s supply of coupons for FREE Kotex® products. Prize consists of: 15 free coupons with a value not to exceed U.S. $4.90 each, good for single packs of Kotex® Pads, Kotex® Lightdays® Pantiliners or Kotex® Security® Tampons (Total Retail Value $73.50). Quantity of coupons based on projected average consumer use as determined by Sponsor. Odds of winning a 28-day period drawing depend upon number of entries received that time period. Sweepstakes is open to over 100 million Internet users in U.S. and Canada. Prizes may not be transferred. If prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per household. Taxes and any expenses not listed above are responsibility of winner. Allow 4-6 weeks after validation for receipt or arrangement of receipt of prize.

5. Prize Winner List: Visit www.kotex.com for a list of the thirteen (13) 28-day period Grand Prize winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Kotex® Monthly Winners, P. O. Box 735, North Branford, CT 06471 by January 11, 2010.
